4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified
Late payments may incur interest charges as per local regulations
We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Confidential information excludes publicly available or independently developed data
NDAs may be executed for projects requiring additional protection
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Force majeure events excuse performance obligations
Each party maintains appropriate insurance coverage

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
Immediate termination is allowed for material breach
Client pays for all work completed up to termination date
Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations

8. General Provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia
Disputes are resolved through good faith negotiation, then arbitration
Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of remaining terms
These terms represent the entire agreement unless modified in writing

Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services' fitness for a particular purpose, except as explicitly stated in project agreements.

While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all defects will be corrected. We will, however, make commercially reasonable efforts to address any issues that arise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ramzic, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
